My Story

While working in the mental health field for several years, I found various behavioral benefits when taking residents to the gym consistently. The integrative approach to wellness is too impactful to ignore. So I decided to completely dive into fitness as I knew it was my calling to serve in both fields and make a collaborative program.

There are 1200 ways to become healthy and fit. Some people can run for hours; some create the perfect diet, and some people go to group classes. Some people bodybuild, and some people find a middle ground. Which one is the most sustainable for you?

 

For the past 10 years, my career & passions have been dedicated to serving and assisting individuals to develop into their greater self. As a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach (National Academy of Sports Medicine) with a Master's in Mental Health Counseling, I have centered this program around the client. An individualized, collaborative program around gaining clarity on habits and evolving the fitness and mindset to reach sustainable optimal health.
